Excellent breakfast and service at Utamu on a cold Wednesday. I would recommend the ginger and cinnamon tea which was a suggested by Moses at gg. Awesome 👌 the breakfast selection was awesome I went spicy eggs with mixed vegetables which were made to perfection .will definitely be back

Experience With A smile

I stayed 2 nights and was on a business trip. Experience from one Josephine Kaburu would make me want to continue booking with the Hotel always. She was welcoming,warm,engaging and always had a smile for both days and that is what I would call ISO Certified experience and the grills were a bonus as I enjoyed the mixed platter and tried cutting down at the resident gym Keep it up Josephine.

I am very satisfied with my stay. Excellent and friendly staff from reception at check-in to the roof bar. Nice breakfast with a vast variety. My room was also cleaned very well. Clement at the roof bar has been superb and very attentive. Thank you for an awesome stay. I will definitely return next time I visit Nairobi.
